Mike Natchiposky’s foray into firefighting happened when a friend suggested that they volunteer at a local department in the Washington DC area. He approached this new venture with an open mind, thinking, “Why not?” This leap of faith blossomed into a 32-year tenure, filled with everything from large-scale incidents to smaller crises such as medical calls and pet rescues. Like most firefighters, Mike gets great personal fulfillment from serving the community.


While serving as a volunteer firefighter, Mike’s career took a new direction as he navigated from consumer advertising sales into fire service digital advertising. His notable time with Firehouse.com and later with FireRescue1 (Lexipol) underscored his pivotal role in shaping marketing and advertising strategies tailored to the fire service industry. Recently, Mike has channeled his expertise into selling turnout gear, leveraging his extensive background to enhance the safety and efficiency of fire departments nationwide.


In his role as Territory Manager, Mike is committed to understanding the needs of fire departments and facilitating solutions that address their most critical challenges. His ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development ensures that firefighters are equipped with protective, comfortable gear that meets their department’s specific needs.
