Q-8™ is a structural firefighting thermal liner designed to combine thermal insulation with moisture management and wearer comfort. Its woven facecloth incorporates Wickwell™ Plus technology to help move perspiration away from the body and spread moisture across the fabric for improved dissipation.
Q-8™ combines a moisture-managing facecloth with aramid spun-lace thermal batting to support protection and comfort inside the complete structural firefighting ensemble.
Aramid spun-lace batting provides thermal insulation as part of the complete protective composite.
Moisture-management technology helps move perspiration away from the body and spread moisture across the facecloth to support evaporation and wearer comfort.
The thermal batting incorporates recycled flame-resistant fibers, supporting a more resource-conscious material construction.
