Introducing the Ricochet Wildland Gear Line

Built for today's wildfire and wildland-urban interface (WUI) environments, the Ricochet Wildland Gear Line combines certified protection, lightweight comfort, unrestricted mobility, and firefighter-driven design into a complete wildland PPE system.

From extended operations on the fireline to rapidly changing WUI incidents, every garment is engineered with purposefully selected inherently flame-resistant fabrics and field-tested features that help firefighters stay protected, move naturally, and perform comfortably throughout demanding shifts.

Designed to move naturally with the firefighter, Ricochet Wildland Gear combines ergonomic construction with practical design features that improve comfort, reduce restriction, and keep essential equipment within easy reach throughout demanding wildfire and WUI operations.

 

Mobility & Comfort

  • Raglan-cut sleeves for unrestricted upper-body movement
  • Comfort band with 2" elastic waistband for improved fit
  • Roomy leg and seat cut for enhanced mobility
  • Adjustable hook-and-loop cuff closures for a secure glove interface
  • Extra-long square-cut shirt tails stay tucked during movement
  • Brass leg zippers with adjustable cuff closures for easier donning over boots

Field Utility

  • Dual chest pockets with hook-and-loop closures; left pocket includes an integrated pencil slot
  • Left sleeve utility pocket with pencil slot
  • Left chest radio pocket and right utility pocket for critical equipment
  • Two full-bellows lower pockets with brass drain grommets
  • Semi-bellows cargo pockets with hook-and-loop flaps and brass drain grommets
  • Pass-through pockets for convenient access to uniform pockets

  • 6" turnout-style folding coat collar with self-storing throat strap
  • #10 brass coat zipper with protective hook-and-loop front flap
  • Segmented LY Triple Trim on the coat and pant for enhanced visibility

  • Large double-layer knee reinforcement for added durability
  • Stress points reinforced with bartacks throughout key garment areas
  • Flat-felled "A" seams on the Wildland Shirt
